In December 2023, New Haven’s culinary scene was put in the spotlight by Connecticut Insider in a story highlighting more than 40 notable restaurants that opened across the state throughout the year. This will be no surprise to our local foodies, but we’re pleased to share that New Haven was all over that list. Dining is a cornerstone of New Haven culture, and as much as we love our reputable historic haunts, we love to see a brand new restaurant open its doors and welcome in neighbors for delicious eats.
