“Much of my culinary influence comes from the region of Italy and from my late mother, Maria Iannaccone. I am completely self-taught and have worked in the restaurant industry since I was a teenager. The biggest thing I’ve learned in all my years is that the ingredients are key. Fresh ingredients are the hallmark of a great menu.
